Bristol Bay

Bristol Bay of Yorkville is a townhome rental community delivered with a focus on coordinating site development and vertical construction across a multi-building layout. The project required alignment between infrastructure, utilities, and building delivery to maintain consistent progress throughout the construction process.

Started and completed in just 12 months, vertical execution emphasized sequencing, trade coordination, and maintaining production flow across multiple units to support schedule reliability and overall project continuity.
